Writing Center Tutor — City Colleges of Chicago

This part time position will coach students through the writing process and help students develop self-confidence as academic writers.  Tutors will attend periodic training sessions and provide evaluations and reports.  

ESL Test Preparation Program Coordinator — BIR Training Center — Chicago, IL

BIR Training Center is a multi-campus proprietary regionally accredited institution of career and language education. Established in 1993, BIR Training Center educates over 2,500 students annually at its four Chicago campuses. BIR is seeking to fill a full-time position of ESL Test Preparation Program Coordinator. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of the Test Preparation program, assume an active role in promoting the programs to prospective students, and establish and develop relationships with local colleges and universities.

Publications Manager — Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation — Chicago, IL

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation seeks a Publications Manager to develop and implement yearly publications for the organization.  This position will manage all digital and print production and will be responsible for copywriting, editing, budgeting, and design of all marketing materials.  Ideal candidates should have experience with publications and digital marketing as well as proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Grants Manager — Association House of Chicago

Association House is an established Chicago non-profit that provides a range of services for multicultural communities.  Association House impacts the lives of nearly 20,000 children and families each year.  The organization seeks a Grants Manager who is responsible for coordinating the entire life cycle of agency grants, this includes grant research, writing, submission and tracking of individual donors, corporation, foundation, government and congregation grants; as well as donor relationship development.  These activities, which comprise the Annual Grants goals, are to be conducted in coordination with the Development Director to ensure high quality and timeliness.  Excellent tracking of all grant writing activities is required for this position.
