This position will serve as the subject matter expert on social media strategy and best practices to support the KitchenAid brand. This position directly reports to the Consumer Marketing Manager. Main responsibilities include: provide brands and external agencies with deep social media expertise to help drive strategy and content, own relationships with key social media partners (i.e. Facebook, Twitter among others), establish and manage social media analytics and KPIs across all brands and business units, and provide guidance and build strategy for customer service in social media.
Responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that targets parents of teen drivers and informs parents about effective ways to keep their teen drivers safe as they learn to drive. Ability to create content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic Knowledge of HTML. Video skills a plus. Stays up to date with current trends in social media/analytics.
