Wabash College invites applications for Interim Director of the Wabash College Writing Center. This is a 10 month full-time position. The Director is responsible for hiring, supervising, and training of Writing Center student tutors. The Director will work with students to strengthen writing and study skills and will contribute to student success by collaborating with student life staff. The Director will also teach one course in composition. The Director will partner with the Writing Across the Curriculum Coordinator in support of faculty development and to address departmental and program writing needs and writing projects. The Director reports to the Dean of the College. Masters in composition and rhetoric or a related field is required, Ph.D preferred. Familiarity with Writing Program Administration important. At least one year of experience teaching writing at the college level preferred. English Language Learning experience a plus.
