ESL Instructor

BIR Training Center

BIR Training Center is seeking qualified and experienced ESL and Business English instructors. BIR Training Center offers English language classes at its Devon, Loop, O’Hare, and Belmont campuses. Instructors would teach English classes which focus on speaking and listening, reading, writing, test preparation, and/or Business English. We are looking for instructors who would be able to teach weekday, evening, and/or weekend classes.

Instructor- Level Up Program

Harold Washington College

The Level Up instructor collaborates with the course tutor to monitor and assess students progress in completing learning modules and mastering skills, provides on-demand and individualized assistance to students having difficulty with learning materials and tutorials, and supports group instruction in areas where testing has identified weaknesses. The Level Up instructor also works with students to cultivate the skills and attitudes necessary to successfully transition to college level studies, helping students access resources, set goals, and become confident and capable college students.

Grant Writer

The Grant Writer works in collaboration with the Director of Development in researching, developing and submitting private sector and federal grant proposals to current and new funding sources in order to obtain support for activities related to NNHSC’s mission and clinical programs. The Grant Writer also implements other methods of raising funds for the organization.

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing Communications, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for production management of the PFF’s published materials and assists in the execution of all projects under the purview of the marketing and communications department. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator must be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded generalist with 2-3 years experience working in the marketing and communications department of a nonprofit organization.
